Hexagon & Michelin Guide Team Up

Hexagon co-founder Noah Lang has just wrapped shooting on a project produced in conjunction with Robert Parker Wine Advocate, The Singapore Tourism Board, and the Michelin Guide.

The project saw world-renowned Chef Chan Hong Meng - owner and chef of the world's only Michelin Star ranked food cart - come to New York City for the first time.

"Didn't think I'd be running all over New York City with a world renowned Chef this close to the holidays but production is funny like that. You never know what's going to cross your desk. We had a lot of fun on this one." Lang said.

Shot by Darin Quan - a frequent collaborator of Lang's - who recently won the Golden Strand for Cinematography at the Tallgrass Film Festival, the project will be a documentary short that encompasses footage with Chef Chan from all over NYC and Singapore centered around Chef Chan's unique cooking style.

The final piece will present a unique juxtaposition of the cuisine identities from the two cities and will be distributed through the social channels and video platforms of both the Michelin Guide and the Singapore Tourism Board.

The video will be released in January.
